Data handled properly
Devices we buy are wiped before resale. For repairs, we only need enough access to test — or you factory-reset first. Ask for a written confirmation of wipe if your policy needs one.

A single invoice per batch with every device listed. We are a UK sole-trader business and not VAT-registered, so there is no VAT to add to the price you are quoted.

We are a small specialist workshop rather than a national contractor, which means a named person deals with your job from first email to last device, and the prices are the same fixed per-device prices you see on this site, with volume pricing discussed on larger batches.

Common questions
No. Two devices is a batch as far as we are concerned. Volume pricing is discussed from around ten devices upwards.
For repairs, yes — per-device prices for known faults are fixed, so a list of models and faults gets you a firm quote. For buy-back we give an indicative offer from the list and confirm after inspection, explaining any differences.
We invoice per batch and accept bank transfer or card. Purchase-order references are added to invoices on request. Credit terms are agreed case by case for repeat customers.
No. Cell Devices is a UK sole-trader business and not VAT-registered, so quoted prices are the prices you pay, with no VAT to reclaim.
The same as everyone: 12 months on parts and labour for repairs (budget LCD screens: 3 months), and 12 months on Grade A and B refurbished devices.
