Our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are linked in the footer of every page and apply to everything we do. Trade-ins, sales and repairs are governed by the law of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you keep any additional rights you have under your local law.

Complaints and Disputes

If something goes wrong, email or WhatsApp us and we aim to respond within three working days. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, we will tell you in writing about an approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider you could use; we are not obliged to take part in ADR, and you are always free to use the courts. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
