iPhone 14 FAQ
Common iPhone 14 questions
An iPhone 14 screen replacement starts at a quality aftermarket OLED from £119 with the full warranty of up to 12 months, a genuine Apple panel from £199 (reclaimed, with a 3 month warranty; brand new on request, quoted separately). Prices vary across the iPhone 14 family, the quote tool gives the exact figure for your model, and every price includes parts, labour, testing and return postage. On the iPhone 14 family a reclaimed genuine Apple screen shows “Used” in Settings, a new one shows “Genuine” once finished with Apple’s Repair Assistant, and aftermarket screens show “Unknown”. It’s a repair record, not a fault, we’ll tell you what yours will show before we start.
Yes. Our technicians are Apple Self Repair trained and offer genuine Apple parts as well as high quality aftermarket options. You choose, and the price difference is always clear up front.
On iPhone XR and newer, Settings may list a replaced battery as “Unknown”. On iPhone 12 and newer a new genuine Apple battery shows “Genuine” once finished with Apple’s Repair Assistant, and a reclaimed genuine one shows “Used”; a quality aftermarket battery restores full performance but shows “Unknown”. It’s a repair record, not a fault, we'll explain the options for your iPhone 14, and tell you which battery you're getting, before doing anything.
Almost always, yes, we take a dead or won’t power on iPhone 14 and price it on what it’s worth to us for repair or parts. Get a quote and you might be surprised what it’s worth.
Most repairs are done the same day we receive your phone and sent back with free tracked postage: 3 to 5 working days door to door.
