What if something goes wrong after I buy?
Excellent and Good phones come with a 12 month warranty, Fair phones with 6 months. If a fault develops that isn't caused by accidental or liquid damage, we'll repair or replace it. You also have 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return it for a refund (you cover the return postage), and a faulty phone can be rejected for a full refund within 30 days. How quickly will I receive the phone?
We send your phone the next day, and most phones arrive the working day after they're sent. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

Are the parts genuine Apple?
The grade describes cosmetic condition only. Battery health and parts are shown separately. Original parts: every part genuine Apple, a genuine part from another phone included. Quality parts: a quality replacement where one was needed (for example a screen or a battery). The tag is priced to match, and every part is fully tested and working.

Why does Settings say "Unknown part" or ask to finish a repair?
Some repaired iPhones show "Unknown part" in Settings (General, About, Parts & Service), or ask you to restart and finish a repair or calibrate the screen. That's Apple's software noting a part fitted outside Apple's own service, and it can show even with a genuine Apple part moved from another iPhone.
The message itself doesn't stop the phone working, and it doesn't affect our warranty. A genuine Apple part moved from another iPhone works as it should on iOS 26, True Tone and battery health included. With a replacement screen that isn't Apple's own, True Tone may not work correctly. Every phone is fully tested before it's listed.
What does the warranty cover exactly?
All functional faults: if the phone stops working as it should, we'll repair or replace it. The warranty doesn't cover accidental or liquid damage. This phone's own warranty is in its box above.
